The core cutter (saw) type HS 100 m is used to cut cardboard cores using a saw cut. This core saw has a pneumatical saw movement The specially lined housing dampens sound emissions during the sawing process. The sawdust is collected using a suction system. In conjunction with a core magazine, a core inserter, a electric motor positioning stop and a core ejector, the machine is upgraded to a fully automatic core sawing system. In a special version of this core cutter, “sample rolls” (i.e. cores with paper wound on) or thick cardboard cores can be sawn. The length stop can be supplied with a scale or digital display.

The core cutter type HSB-tw is used to cut coreboard cores using a dust-free crush cut. The advantage of this machine concept is the support roller bed, which supports the core during cutting. The support rollers can be easily cleaned if adhesive residues from used cores should stick. The cutting force can be installed manually or pneumatically.
